Yes, We do provide depends on your bill.

1How many new water connections provided by WSSCA since it has been established?
Total No. of 2374 new water connections have been provided since April 2017 until now.
2How many illegal water connections have been disconnected so far by WSSCA?
Total No. of 1450 illegal water connections have been disconnected so far by WSSCA and under going.
3How long does a new water connection take?
Normally 15 days are allowed to provide new connection but WSSCA provide it in 5 days on average.
4How Can I apply for new water connection/disconnection?
Visit office along with CNIC and home ownership documents and fill in the connection form.
5How can i pay my water bill?
You can pay in ABL,UBL,Askari bank, BOK ,U-paisa and post office as well
6How can i register my complaint of water issues?
You can call office or Toll free No(1334) or using our app(clean green Abbottabad) or our Facebook page.
7How do i know that my water is clean for usage?
WSSCA chlorinate the tanks on daily basis, regular water tests are conducted and also you can test your water in our standard Lab for surety.
8How much is water consumption per day by per person?
90 Gallons per day per person.

1Whats is response time of complaint to be resolved?
On average 24-34 hours it takes for a complaint to be resolved.
2Does WSSCA provide door to door waste collection service?
Yes, We do provide this service in our 4 UC's.
3How much waste is collected on daily base?
On average 80 tons waste is collected daily base.
4In which UC's does WSSCA provide Sanitation services?
WSSCA provide services in 4 urban UC's like Urban City, Nawansher, Kehal & Malik pura.
5What environmental friendly initiates have been taken to reduce the waste on dumping points?
Door to door service provided by WSSCA and also waste is collected in biodegradable bags.
6How many dumping sites/containers/dump collection points does WSSCA have?
WSSCA have one dumping site (salhad dumping ground), 67 big and small containers and 24 dumping points.
